Why are services only all inclusive instead of a-la-carte?

I want to make sure you’re not just receiving a service, but that you’re getting a luxury experience. Finding a stylist you trust is hard enough, but knowing what you really need is even harder. And it’s not your job! It’s mine. I found that being able to communicate your goal and know that I’m going to do everything needed to get you there works best for all parties. Let me pamper you!

I don’t see men’s cuts on your service menu, do you only service women?

I do not discriminate! However, my specialties are not clipper cuts or fades. If I can achieve the look you are going for with scissors, whether man, woman, or non-binary, I’m happy to help. If you are in need of a clipper cut or fade, I can happily recommend you to another stylist that would be a better fit.

What if I don’t know what I need or see it listed on your menu?

Maybe you know what your inspiration is but you’re not really sure what you would actually need to get there, or maybe you want to work with me but you don’t see what you want listed on my menu. Please reach out! Simply head to the “CONTACT” page and send me a message, I will reply as soon as possible with as much information as I can give you. 

POLICIES

​CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation within 24hrs notice will be subject to a 100% service fee.

A cancellation between 72-48hrs will be subject to 50% service fee.

A no contact/no show will be charged a 100% service fee and a 50% deposit required in order to book again. 

Rescheduling within 24hrs will require a 50% deposit to reschedule. 

If you are running late, please communicate as soon as possible and drive safe! If you are more than 15 minutes late, certain aspects of the service may be cut in order to stay on schedule and respect other clients. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled and a 50% deposit required in order to reserve that spot.

SICKNESS POLICY

Came down with something? Please reach out as soon as you begin feeling symptoms, with as much notice as possible, and I will reschedule you for my soonest availability. Stay home and rest! I want you to feel better and myself and my co-workers to stay healthy. 

REFUNDS/ADJUSTMENTS

I want you to love your hair! If there’s something I didn’t quite hit the mark with, I kindly ask that you reach out within 10 days and I will gladly adjust your hair at no cost to you. Because time and product cost cannot be returned, I do not offer refunds.
